Cake mix cookies

These are some really easy cookies that you probably have the ingredients for right now: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and cake mix.  The best thing about them is that you can make these cookies fit your craving. All you do is mix the ingredients together and roll about 1/4 inch thick. Cut them out and put them on an ungreased baking sheet. Oh, and it doesn’t matter what kind of cake mix you use; absolutely any kind will work, and sometimes I use plain white cake mix and add in whatever I want, like cocoa, lemon juice, or cinnamon. Cook it for about 10 minutes for soft cookies or longer for crunchy. You can dust it, glaze it, or whatever else you can think of.  Today, I made some cocoa ones with chocolate chips mixed in and a powdered sugar/cocoa dusting powder.  They’re so good!
