Thanksgiving stuff…ed olives

These little appetizers are a great thing to take to a meal that you’re not sure what to take. They’re  unique but reliable. Oh, and did I mention they’re so good?!? I pretty much licked my fingers between each squirt…oops =D I actually had so much fun using my cupcake icer to blast little  whoop-tee-doos into each olive hole. (just so ya know the more you can get in there the better) The green olives overpower the cheese filling a little bit so I might recommend using black olives; but let me assure you that I will come eat either out of your fridge.

Cheese Stuffed Olives
Prep Time: 45 Minutes
Ready In: 45 Minutes
Servings: 5
Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup goat cheese, softened
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 leaves fresh basil, chopped
1 bulb roasted garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 (8 ounce) jars jumbo or extra large
olives
Directions:
1. Place cream cheese, goat cheese, Parmesan, basil, roasted garlic, and salt and pepper into a food processor; pulse until smooth and well blended. Spoon filling into a cookie press or pastry bag (a plastic baggie with the corner cut out will also work), and fill olives.
